A cancellation penalty of three nights deposit is in effect for all hotel bookings canceled within 7 days the low season and 21 days during the peak season of arrival and 50% for "no shows" at all hotels. A 50% penalty is also in effect for tours canceled within twenty four (24) hours of tour date and
