All phones and services must be secured with a credit card or pre payment. A deposit of $100.00 for regular phones and $450.00 for blackberry phones is in effect. Credit card secured plans do not require cash deposits, however a card authorization of the deposit amount will be secured on "hold" against your card to cover loss or damages. In the event  the phone is not returned a penalty of $100.00 for regular phones and $450.00 for blackberry will be charged to your  credit card.
