A cancellation penalty of three nights deposit is in effect for all bookings canceled within 21 days of arrival and 50% for "no shows" at all hotels. A 50% penalty is also in effect for tours canceled within 14 days of arrival. Hotel discounts are not applicable when tours are canceled.
